-Loan management-related communications

Example: “Hello, your loan #123456789 is currently being reviewed by Underwriting.” Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”

3. Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 10 SMS messages per week may be received related to in process loan updates.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method:
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from American Heritage Lending can be done in the following ways:
– By submitting an online form
– Verbal consent via telephone

6. Opt-Out Method:
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

I had several concerns throughout the process and she was able to "talk me off the ledge" on all occasions. Her reassurance and calm demeanor was greatly welcomed. We closed a loan from start to finish in 13 business days and this was mainly due to Jessica's diligence and her professional attitude. Anytime I had questions about anything her processor was sending me, I could reach out to her and she would respond within a few minutes to hours. For example, I emailed her one night at 11:45pm with some questions I had, thinking that she would receive the email the next day. She actually responded within about 5 mins and got me in contact with someone that could answer my questions. Her attention to detail and her ability to explain things in a logical manner was and is greatly appreciated.
